Support Engineer with CMS Experience – Short-Term Project

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Support Engineer with CMS Experience – Short-Term Project.

Your duties will include:

• Handling user requests related to the portal, CMS and CAD software
• Analysing reported issues and helping users resolve them
• Navigating the CMS confidently and updating existing content
• Cooperating with the team to investigate and escalate more complex issues
• Using existing materials and instructions when providing support

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience working with CMS platforms
• Confidence in navigating a CMS and a good understanding of content management
• Experience in user support, technical support or ticket-based environments
• Ability to analyse problems and communicate solutions clearly
• Independence and good organisational skills
• English proficiency sufficient for daily international cooperation
• Very good English and Polish
