For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Site Reliability Engineering Lead / Kraków – hybrid work.
Your duties will include:
- selecting techniques and life cycle models based on the context of the project
- establishing team structures and a collaborative working environment
- communicating with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities
- using visual techniques for project tracking and reporting
- timeboxing and incremental deliveries
Requirements that must be met:
- 7 + years of professional IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, operations and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration.
- Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Ability to analyse logs, monitoring data and dashboards to identify infrastructure and performance issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working across multiple technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week
- Very good English and Polish
