For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Technical Project Manager (E-Invoicing Implementations) | UAE Market.
Your duties will include:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for e-invoicing solutions.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and establish implementation plans.
- Gather and document client requirements.
- Translate business requirements into structured technical specifications for internal teams.
- Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide regular project status updates and progress reports.
- Support internal teams in prioritization and execution of implementation activities.
- Learn and work with configuration and administration tools used in the solution.
- Configure selected solution components when required.
- Deliver customer trainings and support users during onboarding.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements that must be met:
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role.
- Strong experience leading software implementation or integration projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Very good English and Polish
Nice to have:

Experience with e-invoicing platforms.

Knowledge of XML, JSON, structured file formats, or API integrations.

Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Understanding of electronic document exchange processes and compliance requirements.
