For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Platform Support Engineer – Kubernetes (Kraków – hybrid).
Your duties will include:
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues.
- Support the deployment, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Kubernetes environments.
- Troubleshoot incidents, performance problems, and integration failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to increase platform stability and resilience.
- Analyse logs, monitoring dashboards, and infrastructure metrics.
- Cooperate with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Follow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including occasional weekend support.
Requirements that must be met:
- 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, concepts, operations, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of containerization and orchestration.
- Solid Unix/Linux administration skills.
- Experience analysing logs, monitoring data, and diagnosing infrastructure issues.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple technical teams.
- Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week.
- Very good English and Polish
Nice to have:
- Experience with Service Mesh technologies.
- Previous experience supporting highly available or business-critical platforms.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.
